Primary Objectives

  • Understanding Attachment Styles - Learning more about your attachment styles and your personal attachment characteristics.

  • Awareness of Core Attachment Stressors - Identifying your core attachment stressors and where they stem from in your life.

  • Identifying Attachment Triggers - Learning your physical, emotional, and mental symptoms of trigger activation for early onset intervention.

  • Cultivating Coping Skills - Identifying and practicing new coping skills to improve ability for healthy responses.

  • Improving Self-Esteem - Gaining awareness of your negative core beliefs connected to your attachment patterns and working to change them.

  • Inter-generational Attachment Patterns - Learning how attachment patterns have been passed down through your family and how to begin to break the cycle.

  • Developing Secure Attachments - Increasing the levels of secure attachment towards yourself and others to improve relationships.

  • Relapse Prevention - Identifying all of the stages of your attachment relapse cycle and how to intervene for continued healthy outcomes.
