Identifying Attachment Triggers - Learning your physical, emotional, and mental symptoms of trigger activation for early onset intervention.
Cultivating Coping Skills - Identifying and practicing new coping skills to improve ability for healthy responses.
Improving Self-Esteem - Gaining awareness of your negative core beliefs connected to your attachment patterns and working to change them.
Inter-generational Attachment Patterns - Learning how attachment patterns have been passed down through your family and how to begin to break the cycle.
Developing Secure Attachments - Increasing the levels of secure attachment towards yourself and others to improve relationships.
Relapse Prevention - Identifying all of the stages of your attachment relapse cycle and how to intervene for continued healthy outcomes.
