About EABT
A ground-breaking therapy model, gaining notoriety in the behavioral health field for quickly getting to the root of attachment issues.
Based on Attachment Theory, (EABT) emphasizes how our attachment styles interact with our unhealthy behaviors and tendencies. Its central view is that when a person experiences attachment stressors it can exacerbate thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that increase unhealthy outcomes. A counselor using EABT helps a client to modify these stressors by gaining understanding of attachment triggers and helping to change the responses to them. The counselor also magnifies this therapeutic work by helping the client to create healthier emotional connections.
EABT demonstrated a 11% higher completion of treatment than comparable modalities
